The food is cooked on the estate by our own chef — we are a working restaurant as well as a wedding venue, so nothing is trucked in from a warehouse. You taste your full menu before the day, then choose between a seated dinner or a relaxed buffet, Canary specialities or international dishes, with drinks packages to match.

Welcome drinks and canapés while you have photos, a long dinner as the sun goes down, and late-night food to keep the party going. You do not need to fly out to plan this. Most couples book after a video call and a look through our galleries, then handle everything else by email and WhatsApp, with one optional visit if they want it.

A typical timeline: reserve the date 12–18 months ahead; choose your ceremony type and menu around 6–12 months out; give notice at your home register office about 3 months before if you are marrying legally at home; confirm final numbers and running order in the last few weeks. Between those points, your planner does the chasing.
