Getting to Lanzarote for your wedding
Lanzarote is one of the easiest destination-wedding locations to reach from Britain and Ireland: a direct flight of around four hours, with frequent budget and scheduled routes all year.
Flights
- Direct flights from most UK airports (Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast and more) and from Dublin
- Roughly a four-hour flight; no time-zone change from the UK and Ireland in winter, one hour in summer
- Book early for the wedding week and ask guests to do the same — prices rise as seats fill
Airport transfers
Lanzarote (Arrecife) airport is about 20–25 minutes from the venue and from Costa Teguise. Taxis are metered and inexpensive; pre-booked transfers and hire cars are easy to arrange. We can organise a coach for the wedding day itself.
Documents and practicalities
